In this role, you will be responsible for educating, mentoring, and supporting teams in adopting effective quality practices and testing strategies. You will play a key role in driving a quality-first mindset across the organization and ensuring testing aligns with both business goals and software development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions and workshops on quality assurance practices, software testing methodologies, and tools.
• Mentor and support teams in adopting quality engineering best practices.
• Lead the definition, implementation, and enforcement of QA standards across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Align testing strategies with business objectives to ensure product reliability, performance, and usability.
• Foster a strong quality culture by encouraging cross-functional collaboration between development, QA, and operations teams.
• Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and tools in software testing and quality engineering.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in QA processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
