You’ll support process optimization, audit processes, facilitate improvement and cost‑out workshops, and help embed Lean principles across the business. How You’ll Make an Impact

• kunden Support Continuous Improvement Projects: Assist in identifying and implementing Lean initiatives that simplify workflows, eliminate waste, and improve efficiency.
• Promote Quality Culture: Actively support a “Right First Time” mindset, embedding quality practices into daily work.
• Facilitate Idea Workshops: Organise and run productivity and quality workshops, capturing employee input and translating ideas into action.
• Process, Audits & Data Analysis: Conduct root‑cause analysis, map processes, audit processes across sites and collect data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaboration & Engagement: Work with cross‑functional teams regionally and globally to align on improvement opportunities and drive small‑to‑medium initiatives to completion.
• Coaching & Learning: Share knowledge of Lean and quality tools (5S, 5 Whys, PDCA, Kaizen) with colleagues, fostering continuous learning.
• Measure & aest reporting: Track progress of initiatives, highlighting benefits in terms of efficiency, quality, and employee engagement.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to various sites in Saudi Arabia to engage and drive initiatives within Gas Services Middle EastMarriage.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Audits, Continuous Improvement or Quality Management within an operational environment, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Operational experience in the energy industry solving real business problems and leading internal audits.
• Hands‑on exposure to Lean projects and problem‑solving techniques (Kaizen, 5S, RCA, PDCA, 8D).
• Experience facilitating workshops or improvement events with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, engaging colleagues at allյանին levels.
• Analytical mindset; ability to collect, interpret, and present data with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiasm for quality culture, continuous learning, and driving positive change in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification; Lead auditor certification on ISO 9001/14001/45001 would be an advantage.
