Job summary

SEVEN is seeking a QHSSE Manager to oversee Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security across its complex/attractions in Saudi Arabia. The role requires leading audits, training, incident management, and coordination with authorities to ensure a secure and compliant environment for guests and staff.

With 7–10 years in QHSE/security and at least 3 years in a managerial role, you will drive governance, budgeting, and resource planning while fostering a culture of safety and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety Management or Security Management, QHSE, or related field.
• Professional training in security operations and incident management.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in QHSE/security management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with ISO audit programs, particularly ISO 9001 or ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead QHSSE strategy across the complex/attractions and ensure alignment with SEVEN standards.
• Manage security operations, including staff, third parties, and emergency response planning.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and reporting for management.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services for incident handling and compliance.
• Develop training programs and drills to maintain high safety and security standards.
• Monitor access control, CCTV and other security systems to mitigate risks.
