• Lead,maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001for IMMENSA Group.
• Plan and lead internal, external, and client audits, acting as the primary interface with auditors
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), NCRs, and CAPAs, ensuring disciplined andtimelyclosure
• Serve as the QHSE authority across operations, projects, and the supplier network
• Lead HSE incident investigations, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to embed QHSE into daily operations
• Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to analyze trends,identifyrisks, and improve audit readiness
• Build a proactive quality and safety culture, not a checklist-driven compliance system

• 5+ years’ experience in QHSE / IMS leadership roles
• NEBOSH certified; Lead Auditor or certification exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Advance Manufacturingfor Oil and Gasbackground is a strong advantage
• Proven, hands‑on experience leading ISO audits, RCA, and CAPA management
• Practical experience using digital or AI tools for quality, audit preparation, or risk analysis
