Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking a QC Mechanical Inspector (Static / Rotating) to perform inspection and quality control of static and rotating mechanical equipment in line with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.

You will review ITPs, verify material compliance, inspect installation, testing, and commissioning, maintain records, and ensure safety and quality at site; minimum experience requirements are 5 years for degree holders or 7.5 years for diploma holders,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
• Diploma with minimum 7.5 years of experience.
• Saudi Aramco–approved QC Mechanical Inspector with CBT.
• Valid international inspection certification with at least 1 year validity.
• Passport valid for at least 6 months.
• Valid driving license or ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and quality control activities for static and rotating equipment.
• Inspect installation, fabrication, erection, alignment, testing and commissioning.
• Review and implement ITPs and ensure compliance at all stages.
• Verify material compliance, welding, dimensional checks and testing.
• Monitor pre-commissioning and functional testing.
• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project teams to ensure quality.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and project requirements at site.
