Job summary

AB SPECIALIZED CONTRACTING COMPANY is seeking QA/QC Engineers to ensure construction activities, materials, inspections, and documentation comply with approved specifications, SBC, and international standards. You will support project quality planning, auditing, and reporting while coordinating with project teams, consultants, clients and third-party inspectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
• 4-5 years of QA/QC experience on construction projects.
• Experience in commercial, administrative, industrial, and building projects.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of SBC, ASTM, ACI, BS, IEC and other international standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements (MS) and QA/QC documents.
• Review project specs, contracts, IFC drawings and client requirements to set QC requirements.
• Prepare technical presentations and pre-activity quality briefings on specs, criteria and methods.
• Monitor NCRs, CARs, QA reports and corrective actions through closure.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure ISO 9001 alignment.
• Monitor quality KPIs and coordinate with teams and third-party inspectors.
