Job description

One of the leading MEP specialist construction companies requires a Project Manager for a new project in Riyadh.

The successful candidate shall oversee the entire operation of the project or multiple projects in coordination with the managerial project staff, the client/client representative, and the company.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure goals are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget.
  2. Review and analyze all aspects of the project, taking necessary actions.
  3. Establish work plans and staffing for each project phase, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  4. Ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
  5. Coordinate with project staff to outline work plans and assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
  6. Conduct timely, thorough, professional, and documented reviews and actions.
  7. Identify and resolve potential problems and evaluate project effectiveness.
  8. Deliver a realistic and quality program to ensure project success.
  9. Maintain overall quality management of major project programs.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience, including supervision.
  • Expert knowledge of project management practices, tools, techniques, analysis, and methods.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing manufacturing and distribution efficiency.
  • Expert knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment related to design and production.
