Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in project management within electrical automation or electrical control systems.
• Experience with electrical control panels, PLCs, SCADA, and HMI technologies is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and relevant engineering software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage electrical automation and control systems projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in electrical automation and control systems to oversee and manage projects from planning through execution, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical control systems, industrial automation technologies, project coordination, and resource management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical automation and control systems projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Oversee the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of electrical control and automation systems.
• Coordinate with electrical engineers, automation engineers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved timelines, budgets, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Review electrical drawings, control schematics, technical documentation, and project specifications.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
