Job summary

Panda Retail Company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Project Lead for Planning & Governance Management to guide the design, development and execution of assigned projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

The role requires 6–8 years of project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and strong stakeholder management to coordinate cross-functional teams in a retail environment.

• Lead planning and execution of assigned projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and agreed quality standards.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure achievement of project milestones.
• Engage with stakeholders and internal departments to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report project performance using KPIs and dashboards to provide senior management with actionable insights and ensure transparency.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and governance frameworks to maintain operational excellence and project integrity.
• Coach and mentor project team members to enhance capabilities, knowledge sharing, and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of assigned projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and agreed quality standards.


• Coordinate project resources and teams to optimize productivity and ensure alignment with business objectives.


• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure achievement of project milestones.


• Engage with stakeholders and internal departments to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 6-8 year of experience in project management and business initiatives and projects in a recognized firm.


• Preferably an international work experience with exposure to retail industry.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related fields.
