Job summary

Flip retail in AL Khobar is seeking a civil structural designer to supervise a new project. You will oversee technical records, material requisitions and assemble Final Job Dossiers (RFI, Inspection & Screening Reports).

The ideal candidate holds a degree in civil design, with 10+ years on entertainment/leisure projects, strong English communication, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines and with authorities. Full-time position in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Design from a credible university.
• Minimum 10 years experience on Entertainment/Leisure Projects.
• Solid English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of technical records, information sheets, and Material Requisitions.
• Lead a team of QC Inspectors and assemble Final Job Dossiers (RFI, Inspection & Screening Reports).
• Prepare, review and examine civil design deliverables, including concrete specs and mix layouts.
• Demonstrate solid managerial, coordination and reporting skills; supervise civil projects across buildings, roadways and foundations.

• Strong experience in preparation, testimonial and also examination of civil design deliverables.Experience in preparing, evaluation of concrete spec as well as mix layout Solid managerial, sychronisation and reporting skills.Experienced in all Civil relevant jobs(building, roadways, foundations, concrete, etc)Civil Testing Requirements, Concreting &amp Offshore Building Inspections.Knowledge in all civil research laboratory screening requirements.Supervisory, sychronisation and coverage skills
