We are seeking a seasoned Project Director with a strong architectural background and proven expertise in integrated design to lead high-profile projects in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a successful regional track record delivering large-scale developments across the GCC. This role demands strategic leadership, multidisciplinary coordination and client-facing capabilities to ensure project excellence from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure and architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Represent the firm in communications with clients, sub-contractors, and joint venture partners.
• Oversee financial and operational strategies to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to meet commercial outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and quality management systems (QMS).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, and construction.
• Prepare and manage complex project programs and contracts.
• Lead business development efforts including proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Monitor scope changes and their impact on project delivery.
• Prepare monthly project reports and contribute to division-wide reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience, with a strong track record in the GCC region.
• Proven leadership in delivering mega projects with integrated design components.
• Membership in a professional institution (e.g., IEng, CEng, P.E.) is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with statutory and commercial frameworks in the region.
