Position

We are looking for a dynamic Project Administrator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Project Admin role is to perform project management tasks that include monitoring and maintenance of the project financial forecast as well as correct posting of actuals, managing project documentation, invoice triggering and payment monitoring.

What will you do?
  • Collect information for Project Manager’s and Supervisor decision making
  • Support Project Manager and Supervisor with customer correspondence, obtaining approvals and signatures on time
  • Monitor invoicing status vs. billing plan
  • Update cost forecast with actuals and incoming invoices
  • Handle project requests for logistics needs and support PM and Supervisor, coordinating with Logistics Coordinator
  • Monitor actual costs vs. plans and report deviations
  • Check invoices without POs/GRs, book against planned primary costs
  • Handle administration of change orders / variation sales
  • Manage contract / scope related claims in agreement with the Project Manager
  • Compile end of project documentation sets for submission to Customer, Maintenance and for archiving
  • Coordinate with Project Manager and Supervisor after the pre-closing review
Are you the one?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience; SAP experience is a plus
  • Attention to detail – precise work, able to spot errors and ensure accurate results
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with a high level of customer service
  • Document controller experience, especially use of Aconex
