A leading e-commerce company is looking for a Program Operations Lead in Riyadh to manage supply chain operations. Responsibilities

• Responsible for execution of all seller configurations in the system for Fulfillment experience.
• Owning of speed related reports and deep dive.
• Sending weekly updates on critical projects using query-based tools and excels.
• Capacity configurations on the system.
• Deep dives on escalations by all stakeholders on topics of speed.
• Critical support during all peak events for system configurations.
• Liaise across functions to drive projects and clear issues.
