As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of our aviation programs, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for aviation programs, aligning them with organizational objectives and industry trends.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality program outcomes within specified timelines and budgets.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure optimal utilization and cost‑effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, aviation partners, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards across all program activities.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to program success, developing contingency plans as necessary.
• Provide regular progress reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
