India Abroad in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Light Driver to join our team. The role involves transporting personnel, goods and materials safely and efficiently to designated destinations in Jeddah.

The candidate should hold a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, basic knowledge of engine parts, and the ability to read maps and follow directions. Prior experience of 1 year as a light driver is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of engine parts and mechanical systems.
• Able to read maps and follow directions accurately.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a light driver preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely pick up and delivery of goods and personnel
• Follow company policies and traffic laws when operating assigned vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle at all times
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including timekeeping records
• Ensure vehicle is properly fueled and in good working condition
• Perform minor vehicle repairs as needed
• Follow safety protocols at all times while operating assigned vehicles
• Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor immediately
