Job summary

MADI International in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Professional Educator – Hair to lead in-salon training, product demonstrations, workshops, and academy classes.

You will partner with Sales to drive usage, support growth, and convert new salon accounts through technical onboarding and education.

Travel within the region, deliver engaging seminars, and uphold high standards of training aligned with brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as Hair Educator or Trainer or senior stylist with training responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of professional hair products, treatments, and coloring.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional in-salon training sessions, product demonstrations, workshops, and academy classes.
• Use education as a commercial tool to increase product usage, drive repeat orders, and support sales growth.
• Partner with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities, increase brand penetration, and support upselling initiatives.
• Assist in converting new salon accounts through technical onboarding and education.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Conduct engaging seminars and education sessions aligned with brand strategy.
• Build strong relationships with salon professionals by providing continuous technical support and education.
• Ensure a high standard of training delivery while achieving productivity and business objectives.
