Job summary

TASNEE in Jubail is seeking an Engineer, Production Planning to coordinate production plans across polymer and chemical assets and to balance supply with demand through Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and about 2 years of Petrochemical experience, with strong analytical thinking, SAP/IBP familiarity, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and optimize process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in the petrochemical sector.
• Knowledge of Petrochemical production planning and S&OP concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Illustrate production planning to stakeholders to ensure S&OP alignment.
• Monitor off-takers performance and ensure S&OP compliance and supply-demand accuracy.
• Maintain IBP module in SAP and ensure timely data entry.
• Prepare reports and provide analyses to management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day planning and scheduling activities to achieve targets.
