The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and a track record in process optimization and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years of experience in plastics/pipe production or similar.
• Strong project management and Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Experience with PVC, PDPE, PPR pipes is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate between production, QA, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning production programs and define manufacturing processes.
• Ensure implementation of plans meeting approved standards and specs.
• Supervise daily production operations and select effective methods.
• Coordinate among stakeholders to determine production quantities and technical needs.
• Stay updated with developments in industrial production and apply suitable innovations.
