Job summary

ASMACS seeks a Quality Manager in Saudi Arabia for a leading plastic pipes and fittings producer. You will develop and maintain quality management systems, ensuring ISO 9001, ASTM, and DIN compliance while supervising QA processes across PVC, HDPE, and PPR pipes.

The role requires 5-8 years of quality management experience in the plastic industry and BE/B.Tech or Diploma. You will lead audits, CAPA, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in quality management for plastic piping.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ASTM, and DIN standards.
• Experience with QA audits and CAPA processes.
• Experience with PLASTIC Industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QMS for plastic pipes and fittings.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASTM, DIN and piping standards.
• Oversee QA for PVC, HDPE, and PPR pipes.
• Manage incoming material inspection and supplier quality.
• Lead internal and external audits.
• Address non-conformances and implement CAPA.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and engineering.
• Ensure documentation and traceability.
• Train and develop the quality team.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

QUALITY MANAGER - (PLASTIC PIPES & FITTINGS)

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems specific to plastic pipes and fittings production.
• Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ASTM, DIN, and other applicable piping standards.
• Oversee quality control processes for various types of plastic pipes, including:
• PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Pipes HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) Pipes PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) Pipes
• Manage incoming raw material inspections and supplier quality performance.
• Lead internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits.
• Handle non-conformance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
