Job Description

Leads the development and execution of Manufacturing Strategies and plans by overseeing end-to-end production operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, and resource utilization to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in food or FMCG manufacturing environments, including
  • At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience in managing large-scale production operations and implementing lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proven ability to work with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and R&D.
