We are looking for a Production engineer who will be leading the production activities while coordinating closely with safety, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production team leaders.
The role focuses on improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost through effective process design, Lean manufacturing principles, SAP master data integrity, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
The position actively supports equipment safety, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance, ensures safe work practices are embedded into manufacturing processes, and coordinates equipment safety and guarding requirements with the HSE department in alignment with MESH (Eaton Environmental, Health and Safety) and applicable regulatory standards.
