Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training, demonstrations, and support during customer engagements, including assisting in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and address any product-related inquiries or issues.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared for successful introductions to the market.
  • Deliver Marketing Requirements Documents (MRD) and Product Requirements Documents (PRD) with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product enhancements. Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
  • Prepare regular reports on revenue forecasts.
  • Participate in proposing an overall budget to ensure success.
