Job summary

Neoleap is seeking a product leader to drive the end-to-end process from ideation to launch for Urpay. You will generate innovative ideas, develop new features, and ensure alignment between product goals and business objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology and design to deliver feasible, visually appealing products, and coordinate with sales to boost customer engagement and market impact.

Responsibilities

• Generate new ideas and initiate the development of innovative features for Urpay.
• Lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Work closely with technology teams and designers to ensure product feasibility, functionality, and visual appeal.
• Coordinate with sales teams to guarantee product availability and enhance customer engagement efforts.
• Align product development goals with Neoleap’s overall business strategies and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for differentiation by monitoring competitors’ products and market trends.
• Ensure that product design and features address customer needs and expectations.
• Collect and analyze feedback to make continuous improvements to the product.
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to stay informed of market trends and emerging technologies.
• Identify and implement strategies to differentiate Neoleap’s products from competitors.
