• In-depth knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance principles.
• Strong command of Six Sigma tools and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Improve equipment performance and optimize production processes.
• Develop and update machine setting recipes and SOPs.
• Analyze process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and evaluate shop floor trials for process enhancements.
• Oversee new product development, including specifications and trials.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, and Production teams.
