Requirements
Educations and Certificates:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain management, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Healthcare Sector or a related field, with a proven track record of success in procurement.
- Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus

- Procurement Strategies: Understanding and developing effective procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes, minimize costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

- Contract Negotiation: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions that benefit the organization.
- Compliance and Regulations: Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to procurement to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and assess market conditions to make informed procurement decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Procurement Software: Proficiency in using procurement software and tools to streamline purchasing processes, manage supplier relationships, and track procurement activities.
- Cost Management: Knowledge of cost analysis techniques, budgeting, and financial principles to identify cost-saving opportunities, implement cost reduction initiatives, and contribute to the organization's financial objectives.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support and guidance.
