Job summary

SSC Egypt in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Specialist focused on procurement and finance. The role covers end-to-end procurement processes from tendering to contract award, budget control and vendor management. Immediate joiners preferred for a contract starting on signing and ending 28 February 2027.

Requirements include 2–3 years in procurement or finance operations, experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, advanced Excel and ideally Power BI. Saudi Nationals Only.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in procurement and/or finance operations
• Budget control, vendor contracts and multi-vendor agreements
• End-to-end procurement: tendering -> vendor evaluation -> contract awarding
• Invoice verification, reconciliation and payment processing
• Contract review and risk management
• ERP (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel, with Power BI a big plus
