Plan, develop and maintain all aspects of supply chain, warehousing and delivery system ensuring that operating costs are carefully controlled, stock losses are minimized and internal customers receive best services.
Responsibilities
- Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the supply chain department goals.
- Prepare the inquires and follow up with the suppliers for quotations.
- Prepare, compare the quotations received from the different suppliers.
- Assess all the technical requirements of machinery and equipment and research all the technical specifications to adhere to the contractual agreements related to the materials used in the projects.
- Follow up with the suppliers for the delivery time and fulfill end-user's special orders on time.
- Coordinate and follow up with the project managers for all project to ensure that everything is going smoothly.
- Purchase all types of products such as: mechanical, electrical, civil, and miscellaneous.
- Manage the vendor's relationship and build new effective relations with suppliers.
- Update and monitor procurement tracking record.
- Enter purchase orders and perform data hierarchy mapping.
- Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications
Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree in, Electrical .
Minimum Experience : 2- 3 years of experience in a related field
Training and Certifications : CIPS Certified is an advantage
- Familier with INCO terms, ERP user and Ms office.
- Good knowledge in Supply Chain Cycle and reporting skills.
- Strong Negotiation Skills and Creating Best Deals with Vendors & Suppliers.
- Suppliers advances report skills.
- Good knowledge in Inventory control systems and ERP software related training.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet deadlines.
