Job Title: Procurement Director

Industry: Hospitality - Restaurants - Catering & Banqueting (Multi-Branch Company)

Job Purpose: To lead and manage all procurement and supply chain activities across multiple branches, ensuring timely availability of food, beverage, operating supplies, equipment, and services at the required quality and best total cost, while supporting operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a centralized procurement strategy for all branches.
  • Manage and standardize supplier sourcing and contracts (F&B, operating supplies, equipment).
  • Lead price negotiations and contract terms to achieve cost savings and value optimization.
  • Oversee purchasing operations and coordinate with operations and warehouses.
  • Plan procurement needs for branches, banquets, seasons, and special events.
  • Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and food safety compliance.
  • Prepare and control the procurement budget and management reports.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team across all locations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of procurement experience, including a leadership role within multi-branch hospitality operations.
  • Strong experience in supplier management, negotiations, and cost control.
