Job summary

Maaden Saudi Arabian Mining Company is seeking a Principal Specialist for the BU Data Domain to own domain data, ensure trust and governance, and drive analytics readiness across reporting, operations, and AI initiatives.

You will bridge business operations with enterprise data capabilities, defining KPIs, data definitions, and governance standards to enable scalable data products and decision support. Strong stakeholder leadership is essential to align data priorities with enterprise strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree or equivalent domain expertise is advantageous.
  • 10+ years of experience within a Business Unit domain, data management, analytics, or enterprise information management environments.
  • Experience owning domain definitions, KPI frameworks, and data quality outcomes.
  • Proven experience working across business and technology functions to establish governance and data management practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.

  • Serve as the primary data representative for the Business Unit on strategic data matters.
