Almarai in Ha’il, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Production Manager for Poultry Processing to lead the production operations, ensuring targets are met within quality, environmental standards, and budget.

The role requires a degree in Food Science & Technology, 10+ years in poultry production, and at least 3 years in management. You will develop schedules, monitor data, and uphold biosecurity and poultry health while driving efficiency and team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in food science and technology.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Poultry industry under production.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the poultry industry.
• Develop and implement production schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of poultry health, nutrition, and biosecurity practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
