Job summary

Colleges of Excellence is seeking a PMO specialist to oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. You will establish and maintain project management standards, support project managers in planning and budgeting, monitor progress, and prepare stakeholder reports to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience working in PMO roles and with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project management standards and processes within the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise.
• Compile and analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for improving project performance.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, achievements, and challenges to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.
