Position Overview

We are seeking a PMO Assistant to support the Project Management Office in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support PMO in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
  • Prepare project reports, dashboards, and documentation
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to collect updates
  • Maintain project records, logs, and compliance documentation
  • Assist in monitoring risks, issues, and action items
  • Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong reporting and tracking skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle office tasks efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and project lifecycles is an advantage.
  • Strong ability to create, maintain, and manage structured filling systems.
  • Good working knowledge of PDF editing tools.
