A leading construction firm in the Makkah Region seeks a highly skilled planner for high-rise projects. Candidates must have at least 17 years of experience in large-scale construction, strong proficiency in Primavera P6, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, coordinating teams, and managing resources to ensure project delivery on time. The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 17 years of experience in planning within large-scale construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource planning.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop the baseline project schedule using Primavera (P6) in coordination with project teams.
• Monitor and update the construction schedule, identify delays, and recommend recovery plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
• Conduct critical path analysis and provide guidance on schedule risks and mitigation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align timelines.
• Review subcontractors’ schedules and ensure alignment with the main project program.
• Manage resource and cost loading within the schedule and ensure consistency with the project budget.
• Support the Project Manager in claims preparation, time extension (EOT) analysis, and delay justification.
• Participate in progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of schedule changes and maintain project planning records.

• Previous experience in high-rise or mega-projects is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource planning.
