Job summary

The successful candidate will coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and project management teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with relevant discipline.
• 5–10 years of planning experience in shipbuilding, repair, or marine projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6; MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong scheduling, EVMS, and project controls understanding.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and production plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent.
• Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, resource-loaded schedules, and progress reports.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, risks, and delays.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production and subcontractors.
• Conduct critical path analysis and recommend recovery actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support forecasting, manpower planning, and resource optimization.
• Track fabrication, assembly, commissioning, and vessel delivery milestones.
• Assist in client presentations and project status updates.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards and procedures.
