About The Role

We are seeking a commercially driven Planner to deliver the division or brand merchandise strategy through robust seasonal and annual sales planning, forecasting, inventory management, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) discipline. This role plays a critical part in maximising sales performance, margin optimisation, and inventory efficiency across a large-scale retail operation.

Working closely with Buying, Retail Operations, Logistics, and suppliers, the role drives strong execution of merchandise plans while maintaining high levels of operational accuracy, supplier performance, and data-driven decision making.
