Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking a QC Inspector to perform quality control inspections across pipe manufacturing mills. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards, while monitoring welding, NDT, and dimensional inspection activities.

The candidate will review documentation, identify deviations, and coordinate with mill production and quality teams to ensure inspection requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience for degree holders; minimum 8 years for diploma holders.
• CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI certified welding inspector.
• ASNT Level II in RT, PT, UT & MT.
• QC inspection experience in a Pipe Manufacturing Mill.
• Preferred exposure to major pipe mills (e.g., Jindal, Welspun, Mann, ArcelorMittal, Tenaris, etc.).
• QM qualifications QM05 & QM41.
• Saudi driving licence preferred; GCC licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC inspection activities throughout pipe manufacturing and production.
• Monitor manufacturing, welding, NDT, and dimensional inspection activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures, project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Review and verify manufacturing, welding, NDT, inspection, and quality documentation.
• Identify quality deviations and support corrective actions as required.
• Coordinate with mill production and quality teams to ensure inspection requirements are met.
