Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician prescriptions and established protocols
  • Provide comprehensive medication consultation to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment and medication plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to evaluate and manage patient medication therapy and optimize therapeutic outcomes
  • Monitor patient health progress and address any medication-related issues promptly
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical advancements and provide recommendations based on clinical evidence
  • Uphold compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards within the pharmacy
  • Assist in the management of pharmacy operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies

Qualifications
