Performance Manager for Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

overse facility upkeep, ensuring systems run efficiently, safely, and within budget by managing teams, developing strategies, tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and implementing preventive maintenance, focusing on asset reliability, cost control, compliance, and continuous Improvement through data analysis and skilled leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement O&M policies, procedures, and long-term asset management plans; manage budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and control costs.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff (technicians, supervisors).
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (e.g., uptime, efficiency, on-time delivery) using CMMS, analyze data, and present performance reports to management.
  • Maintenance Management: Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; manage schedules, vendors, and critical repairs, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety (HSE), legal, and company standards; prepare contingency plans for incidents.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify new technologies, optimize processes, and foster a culture of efficiency and innovation.
Core Skills & Qualifications
