Purpose of the position: As Payroll Officer you will be part of the BSS Department within Payroll. You will support Payroll activities.

Responsibilities

• Payroll payment calculations
• Verification of payroll reports
• Handling employee queries
• Employee final settlements calculations
• Cross-functional Collaboration with HR, IT and Finance teams.

What are we looking for?

Education: bachelor’s degree in: accounting / HR

Background: 3 to 5 years as a payroll officer role, Bachelor University projects or internship within accounting/HR

Languages: English / Arabic

Technical Knowledge: - Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP), Ability to generate and interpret payroll reports for audits and analysis, Understanding of labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and statutory deductions, Proficiency in payroll platforms like ADP.

What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected within EMEA, Africa, Worldwide, etc

Advance proficiency in MS Excel, Data base management preferred.
