Job summary

Responsibilities

• Allocate customer payments to specific invoices or customers' accounts.
• Remove warnings and suspension flags for settled debts.
• Assist customers with queries and reconciliation issues related to their payments.
• Assist the admin accounting division in daily reconciliations of collection balances between CAESAR and other banking/accounting systems.
• Interact with Sales and Sales Receivable teams to identify received payments from banks.
