  • Supervise daily operations of the bakery and pastry section
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Monitor ingredient levels, manage ordering and inventory
  • Lead and train junior staff to follow recipes and techniques correctly
  • Collaborate with the management team on menu development and seasonal offerings
