Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience as a classroom teacher or related role.
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans for diverse learning styles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide individualized instruction to meet each student's needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans to meet the needs of all students in the classroom.
• Prepare and deliver lectures to students in a variety of subjects.
• Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments and handouts.
• Evaluate student progress by assigning and grading classwork, tests, quizzes and other assessments.
• Monitor student achievement by conducting regular assessment tests.
• Support social-emotional development of students by providing guidance and counseling.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
