Qualifications

Technician – Paint Shop Maintenance ( Four Wheeler Automotive Industry only)

Role Summary

Ensures reliable operation of paint shop equipment through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on paint shop equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain robots, conveyors, ovens, booths, and paint circulation systems.
• Conduct safety checks, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Execute predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and escalate major issues when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in automotive paint shop or manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
