Job summary

Sulzer Saudi Pump Company Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes in Riyadh. You will handle invoice processing, 3-way matching, and accurate SAP postings, ensuring compliance with local VAT, WHT, and ZATCA requirements.

Collaboration with Procurement, Finance, and operations is essential. The role requires 3–5 years in AP/GL or related finance roles, strong SAP and Excel skills, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in AP, GL, or related finance roles.
• Strong SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of KSA VAT, WHT, and ZATCA e-Invoicing is preferred.
• Experience with international procurement and intercompany accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end P2P cycle, including invoice processing and 3-way matching (PO, GR, Invoice).
• Record supplier invoices in SAP with accurate coding and project allocations.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement, Supply Chain and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with PO policies and No PO, No Pay.
• Prepare and process payment runs per DoA and internal controls.
• Maintain AP aging reports and support cash flow forecasting.
