Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is seeking an OTR Supervisor to lead our last-mile delivery operations and manage Delivery Associates. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance across the delivery network.

You will coordinate onboarding activities with vendors and contractors, monitor routing efficiency, and drive continuous process improvements to reduce delivery defects and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.
• 40-hour week with overtime as required.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise Delivery Associates and last-mile operations.
• Monitor on-time delivery performance and quality standards.
• Coordinate onboarding with vendors and external contractors.
• Manage incentive programs and uniform/inventory audits.
• Daily operations communications with DSP POCs and escalate as needed.
• Handle DS callouts on day-to-day topics related to DSPs and DAs.
• Arrange and track DAY0 attendance and onboarding activities.

Key job responsibilities

Core responsibilities will include

• idaily follow up with vendors on on-boarding process
• facilitate on-boarding process with our external contractor
• incentive management
• uniform auditing and inventory
• daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to the owners if needed
• handling DS callouts on day to day topics related to DSP DAs
• arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• Work a flexible schedule shift work area including weekends nights and or holidays
• Work 40 hours week and overtime as required
• Speak write and read fluently in English
