Overview

Job Title: Oracle PaaS Developer Consultant
Job Location: Riyadh
The Oracle PaaS Developer is responsible for the architecture, development, and technical support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with customizations using Oracle PaaS services.

Responsibilities

• The Oracle PaaS Developer will develop and provide technical support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications using Oracle PaaS services.


• Work closely with functional stakeholders, business owners and technical teams to document business requirements and technical specifications.


• Understand the end-to-end business processes to design and implement solutions.


• Ensure that the solution fits holistically in the overall Oracle Cloud enterprise architecture design.


• Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.


• Ensure solutions meet security requirements following architecture best practices for scalable solutions.


• Solid understanding of full software analysis and development life cycles


• Configure Oracle Fusion Applications based on the business requirements and best practices.


• Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions that integrate with and enhance the Oracle ERP Fusion applications (HCM, SCM and Finance).


• The role will involve working with various Oracle Cloud PaaS services and technologies to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of the ERP system.


• Working with the Oracle Cloud platform to develop and customize various components of the ERP system.


• Leveraging Oracle's PaaS offerings to extend, integrate, and enhance the functionality of the Oracle ERP Fusion application.


• Building webpages and Business Objects in Oracle VBCS and integrating them to Oracle Cloud ERP.


• Oracle Cloud ERP integration with third-party systems using OIC, ODI.


• Technical design, Unit test scripts, Code migration document.


• Act as a technical advisor to the project team, providing insights on technical feasibility, risk assessment, and possible improvements.


• Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.


• Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.


• Develops and documents expertise, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle ERP.


• Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his / her direct manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.


• 4 to 5 years’ experience as Oracle PaaS Developer with Minimum 2-3 implementation experience


• Willing to be part of Core Internal Oracle ERP Team on Permanent Basis to implement & support Super users & End Users.


• Strong on VBCS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ODI and ATP Database.


• Strong on SOAP/REST Web Services and JSON Data processing.


• Strong in Oracle PL/SQL.


• Expertise in Java, JSP , JSF, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, jQuery, Knockout.js, XML, JSON, JavaScript


• Expertise in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA), Oracle Analytics Cloud ( OAC ).


• Should be experienced in building webpages and Business Objects in Oracle VBCS and integrating them to Oracle Cloud ERP.


• Should be experienced in Oracle Cloud ERP integration with third-party systems using OIC, ODI.


• Root cause investigation and resolution for complex problems.


• Oracle PaaS experience including:


• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development of system interfaces


• Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development


• Oracle Database Cloud Service (DBSC)


• Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS)


• Oracle Java Cloud Service (JCS)


• Oracle Fusion Cloud application implementation and support experience with:


• Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and HCM.


• Documentation experience - Technical design, Unit test scripts, Code migration document.


• Work closely with functional heads, stakeholders to understand the requirements and deliver solutions.


• Design, develop and provide hands-on support of integrations in OIC using web services, FBDI, and data transformation from OTBI and BI Publisher


• Provide hands-on development and configuration support for existing and future implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, etc.)


• Configuration and setups: Hands on experience in performing setup and configuration.


• Demonstrated ability to drive implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems – Oracle.


• Must be able to communicate fluently in English; written & verbal.
