Job description

Roles & Responsibilities: Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a powerful financial consolidation and reporting application that enables organizations to streamline their financial processes, ensure compliance, and enhance decision-making.

Financial Consolidation: HFM resources need to automate the consolidation of financial data from multiple entities, ensuring organizations can quickly and accurately report financial results.

Reporting and Analysis: The resources need to report, generate accurate and auditable financial reports, create dashboards, and perform scenario modeling and what-if analysis to gain insights into financial performance.

HFM resources need to integrate seamlessly with Oracle ERP systems and other third-party data sources, providing a unified view of financial data across the organization.

Compliance and Security: HFM resources need to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while implementing robust security controls and detailed audit trails to maintain data integrity.

Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving HFM application issues, resolving performance and consolidation problems, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles and reporting processes.

Candidate Profile: Responsible for development, enhancement, and support of Hyperion and HPCM components. Proactively inform business and application owners of solution design risks and performance issues, and provide constructive solutions. Liaise with business super users to understand requirements and prepare technical design documents during change releases. Demonstrate value through quality Hyperion/HPCM solution implementation and support. Progress to support other Hyperion technology areas such as FDM and OBIEE. Experience with other Oracle Hyperion products like Hyperion Financial Management and FDM is beneficial.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering or Bachelor of Science. Experience with other Oracle Hyperion Products like Hyperion FDM is advantageous.
