El Seif Operation and Maintenance is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Inventory, Cost Management, Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal, in Riyadh. The role requires hands-on integration work with IBM Maximo and other ERP systems, plus stakeholder workshops, training, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

5 years of Oracle SCM experience including 2+ years with Oracle Fusion SCM.
Hands-on experience across Inventory, Cost Management, Procurement, Sourcing.
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion SCM with IBM Maximo and ERP systems.
Bachelor's degree and relevant Oracle certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
Configure end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes including supplier onboarding and qualification.
Configure Oracle Fusion Cost Management and ensure accurate inventory valuation.
Ensure seamless integration with Finance, HCM, IBM Maximo and other systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and streamline supply chain processes.
Lead SIT, UAT, data migration, and end-user training activities.
Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
