Job summary

Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a client in Saudi Arabia to hire a Senior Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant based in Jeddah. You’ll lead the Project Financial Management workstream on live Fusion Cloud programmes and be the person clients trust to get it right.

Lead the Fusion PPM workstream from requirements through design, configuration, testing and go-live, and mentor junior consultants while coordinating with client finance leaders to keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Projects/PPM, including Fusion Cloud
• Three full-cycle Fusion PPM implementations with a leading role
• Hands-on depth in project costing, billing and revenue management
• Strong understanding of GL, AP and AR integration with PPM
• Experience leading client workshops and presenting to finance teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field
• Oracle Fusion Cloud certification is preferred
• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
• Experience on Saudi or GCC projects is a plus

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the Fusion PPM workstream from requirements through design, configuration, testing and go-live


• Design and configure Project Financial Management: project setup, costing, billing and revenue recognition


• Run client workshops, capture requirements and turn them into clear functional designs


• Design and oversee the integration between PPM and Financials (GL, AP, AR)


• Guide testing, data migration and cutover, and support users after go-live


• Advise clients on best practice and recommend improvements to their project accounting processes


• Mentor junior consultants and review their work


• Work with project managers, technical teams and client finance leaders to keep delivery on track

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Projects / PPM, including Oracle Fusion Cloud


• At least three full-cycle Fusion PPM implementations, with a leading role in at least one


• Hands-on depth in project costing, billing and revenue management


• Solid understanding of how PPM connects to GL, AP and AR


• Experience leading workshops and presenting to client finance and project teams


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field


• Oracle Fusion Cloud certification is preferred


• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred


• Experience on Saudi or GCC projects is a plus
