Job summary

AlMohtawa is seeking an experienced Oracle Financials consultant to gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and design effective solutions for the Saudi government context.

The role focuses on implementing Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA), ensuring end-to-end process coverage across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report, while aligning with IFRS and MoF guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials configuration.
• Experience with SLA and approval workflows.
• Experience configuring a Government Financial System per MoF requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; conduct fit-gap analysis and propose solution designs.
• Implement Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, and FA.
• Ensure proper integration across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
• Support SIT/UAT activities, resolve functional issues, and ensure IFRS compliance.

Ensure proper integration across finance cycles: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report. Support SIT/UAT activities, resolve functional issues, and ensure compliance with IFRS standards. Collaborate with technical teams on reporting, integrations, and enhancements.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials configuration.
• Experience with Subledger Accounting (SLA) and approval workflows.
• Proven experience in configuring and implementing a Government Financial System aligned with the Ministry of Finance requirements, in accordance with applicable regulations and practices.
• Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
